Francais Monde text messaging program – our SMS campaign will inform our subscribers about updates, changes, and new Legal Consulting products. They also receive updates to changes to any cases.

  • Opt out instructions – Reply STOP to 855-661-1162 or [email protected] to end.
    You will then be unsubscribed from Francais Monde and no further messages will be delivered.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Mobile subscriber’s phone number will NEVER be shared or sold to third parties.

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

To enroll in the service, you must provide your mobile phone number and accept these terms and conditions. You must be over 18 years old to enroll. Before the service begins, you must agree to these terms. Francais Monde reserves the right to stop offering the service at any time, with or without notice.

By opting into the service, you:

  • Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
  • Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and are authorized to opt-in.
  • Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email copy of the opt-in or update our records with your contact information, contact [email protected]. To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For an email copy, you’ll also need an email account you can access from the device, along with a browser or other software that can display emails.

Message Frequency

Once you affirm your choice to opt-in to the Service, your message frequency may vary.

Charges and Carriers

Text messaging and data charges may apply. Please review your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact them to determine the fees for sending and receiving text messages and any other charges associated with using the service. You are responsible for any message, data, or other fees incurred as a result of using the service, including usage and subscription fees.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Francais Monde may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. Francais Monde and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages.

To STOP the Service

To stop receiving text messages from Francais Monde, text STOP to any message you have received from Francais Monde. This is the only way to opt out. For services that use a different number, text STOP to that number to unsubscribe. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a request to clarify which text message program the request applies to (if you have more than one). To complete the opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. The text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command, and Francais Monde and its service providers are not liable for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Francais Monde through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These terms still apply if you withdraw your consent or opt out of the service. Our SMS campaign currently updates subscribers about minority and disabled benefits they may be eligible for through Francais Monde.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All information, products, content, and other materials on the Site, accessible from the Site, or in a Third-Party Site are provided “as is” and without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. Francais Monde expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of title and non-infringement and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Francais Monde does not represent or warrant that:

  1. The operation of the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  2. Defects will be corrected.
  3. The Site, any emails sent by Francais Monde, or the server that makes the Site available are free of viruses or other harmful devices.
  4. The Site will be available to you or that you will qualify for products or services offered.
  5. The materials on the Site will be accurate as of any particular date.
  6. The products or services offered through the Site are available outside of the United States or in jurisdictions in which Francais Monde is not properly licensed.

However, you agree that Francais Monde’s total liability for all damages, losses, injuries, or claims of any kind or nature shall be limited to the amount you have paid to access the website in any case.

Termination

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by discontinuing all use of the information on the website and destroying any materials you have obtained from it, including all related documentation and copies.
